being involved in the Coffee and Tea industry since 1960. The Trading and Export side of the business has been developed in the recent 6 to 7 years. Prior to this the company has been involved in the production side of tea and coffee for many years. The company has received "EXPORT HOUSE STATUS" from the Government of India from the year 1998 in recognition of the company's Export business and sales volumes.
The present Management of the company is actively involved in the Coffee and Tea Plantation industry where the experience of growing and producing top quality Coffee and Tea has had a direct effect on the quality of the final product which is being shipped from the company's warehouses to the export markets. The Management's aim is to work with the consumer and meet the needs of the Buyers in order that there is an appreciation of the quality of the product
rather than being involved in a mere "trading operation". | | |  | | | Our Coffee Processing Factory and Warehouse | | | |  The Company is also very particular that it has its own infrastructure in
place in whichever product it may be dealing with and sourcing out to third parties is kept to the absolute minimum when it comes to the procurement, packing and quality controls that have to be done to ensure a top quality product. To this extent all Coffee and Tea shipments are monitored directly at the company's warehouses and processing units both for Coffee and Tea. Separate divisions and personnel are in place to look after each product.
The company has its offices, warehouses and processing units located directly in the Coffee and Tea producing areas of South India. For Coffee the company has its processing factory and warehouse located in Coorg District, Karnataka Sate, India which is the prime coffee growing zone in South India. For Tea the Purchasing office is
located in Coonoor, Nilgiris District the prime Tea growing area in South India and the Warehouse for Blending and Packing is located in Coimbature where the Inland Container Depot is located to facilitate easy movement of Containers for export shipments.
